LEDs in the News: According to the Wall Street Journal, LEDs are helping Americans reduce electricity usage

The Wall Street Journal reports that Americans’ electricity usage has declined steadily since 2010, and credits LEDs with this change in energy consumption patterns.

According to the Journal, LED adoption has led to a decrease of 26% in residential electricity usage for lighting.
