We’re Hiring! Sales and Marketing Coordinator

The ideal candidate will have 2 – 5 years of sales experience, an interest and familiarity with implementing marketing best practices, a passion for supporting small businesses, and an interest in developing into a managerial role.

Our team is constantly growing, and our goal for this position is to grow from a sales position with light marketing responsibilities into a managerial position overseeing a small team of cold callers while coordinating marketing activity.

Responsibilities:

• Source new business leads for energy audits in the commercial/industrial space through phone calls and emails
• Coordinate marketing communications with team of vendors, including email marketing, website updates using a WordPress site, marketing collateral updates and creation as needed
• Support launch of new brand including coordinating website launch and marketing collateral creation
• Manage use of CRM (Salesforce)
• Brand management for three brands

Required skills and experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 2 years professional experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Advanced computer skills: proficient in Microsoft Office product suite; comfortable working with a CRM
• Prior sales experience

Preferred skills and experience:

• Website management experience (WordPress)
• Project management experience working with outside vendors

Salary: Base salary (commensurate with experience) plus sales commissions.
